The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Rescinded the existing accessible loading zone for persons with a disability, in effect from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Chisholm Avenue, between a point 6 metres south of Gates Avenue and a point 11 metres further south. 2. Rescinded the two existing accessible parking spaces for persons with a disability, in effect from 5:30 p.m. of one day to 5:30 a.m., of the next following day, Monday to Friday, and at all times on Saturday and Sunday, on the east side of Chisholm Avenue, between a point 6 metres south of Gates Avenue and a point 11 metres further south.

Amended the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., from the first day to the 15th day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the odd side of Chisholm Avenue, from Danforth Avenue to a point 36.9 metres north of Newmarket Avenue, to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. daily. 4. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., from December 1 to March 31 and from the 16th day to the last day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the even side of Chisholm Avenue, from Danforth Avenue to a point 36.9 metres north of Newmarket Avenue.

Transportation Services is requesting approval to remove a designated on-street accessible loading zone, located on the east side of Chisholm Avenue, between Gates Avenue and Harris Avenue. The accessible permit holder who originally requested the accessible loading space no longer requires the designated space.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing accessible loading zone for persons with a disability, in effect from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Chisholm Avenue, between a point 6 metres south of Gates Avenue and a point 11 metres further south. 2. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the two existing accessible parking spaces for persons with a disability, in effect from 5:30 p.m.
