The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Prohibited stopping at all times on the west side of Elizabeth Street, between Elm Street and a point 23 metres south. 2. Prohibited stopping at all times on the east side of Elizabeth Street, between Elm Street and a point 25 metres south.

Colliers International, property management of 77 Elm Street, requested amendments to the existing parking regulations on both sides of Elizabeth Street, south of Elm Street, in the vicinity of the first driveway south of Elm Street, east of Elizabeth Street. The intent of this amendment is to prohibit stopping within close proximity to this driveway and improve sightlines for motorists entering and exiting. Transportation Services staff have been consulted and have no objection to the proposed amendment.

Staff recommended

Councillor Layton recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit stopping at all times on the west side of Elizabeth Street, between Elm Street and a point 23 metres south. 2. Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit stopping at all times on the east side of Elizabeth Street, between Elm Street and a point 25 metres south.
