As filed

The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized the removal of a speed bump in the laneway as shown in Drawing No. 421G-3122 dated June 2018, attached to the Letter (October 9, 2019) from Councillor Bradford.

On the agenda

As the city filed it

After a speed bump installation in this laneway last year, residents have been complaining about the related noise from the bump directly adjacent to their homes. The vibrations and related noise are disrupting these neighbours. Based on feedback from Transportation Services staff and considering the presence of speed bumps in the perpendicular portion of the laneway, I would like to request that staff remove the speed bumps directly adjacent to 127 and 131 Boardwalk Drive, as shown in Drawing No. 421G-3122 dated June 2018.

Staff recommended

Councillor Bradford recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize the removal of a speed bump in the following laneway as shown in Drawing No. 421G-3122 dated June 2018, attached.
