City Council on February 26, 2020, adopted the following: City Council appoint Councillor Jennifer McKelvie to the Planning and Housing Committee for a term of office ending on December 31, 2020, and until a successor is appointed.

Councillor Robinson has resigned from the Planning and Housing Committee. The City Clerk recently canvassed Members for their interest in being appointed to fill this vacancy. The City Clerk has advised me that Councillor Karygiannis and Councillor McKelvie have expressed their interest. In the normal course, the City Clerk would report the canvass results to the Striking Committee. However, the Striking Committee does not meet until March 3, 2020.
