City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 5 to the report (February 25, 2020) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

Candidate's biography: Sophia Ruddock Sophia Ruddock lives and works in the City of Toronto and is active in her son's school as a member of the School Advisory Committee and the parent representative on several advisory committees of the Toronto District School Board. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1995 and has over 20 years of experience practicing before various administrative tribunals and agencies. She has served on numerous community boards and committees, in various capacities, including acting as Chair.
