City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 5 to the report (October 22, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.

Candidate's biography: Michael Eubanks Michael is the Senior Vice-President Operations Support and Chief Information Officer of goeasy Ltd. having joined in 2020. Prior to goeasy, Michael was the Chief Information Officer at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) and the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS). Michael has significant experience in Technology leadership in the retail industry having worked for Canadian Tire Corporation and Best Buy International prior to the LCBO. Michael is a graduate of York University, ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program and has held numerous Board roles in the past, and currently serves as a Director on the Board of the innovation hub Communitech.
