City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 8 to the report (November 24, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

Candidates' Biographies: Jillian Siskind is the founder of a boutique law firm specializing in construction and regulatory disputes. She has extensive legal experience conducting construction and real estate litigation at all levels of court in Ontario as well as prosecutions, discipline hearings and administrative tribunals. Jillian has a Certificate in Construction Law, is a Certified Construction Adjudicator and has extensive experience in resolving residential construction disputes. Joanne Hayes was a member of the Ontario public service for over 30 years, primarily in management roles. Her career was in the agency sector with the Ontario Municipal Board, Conservation Review Board, Environmental Review Tribunal, Assessment Review Board, Board of Negotiation and Liquor Licence Board. She served on the Board of the Society of Adjudicators and Regulators Ontario. She was a member of the Committee of Adjustment, 2017-2019. She volunteers with WoodGreen Community Services.
