Approved the Memorandum of Agreement with Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 2840 for a three year period commencing on January 1, 2019 and expiring on December 31, 2021, on the terms and conditions set out in the Memorandum of Agreement attached as Appendix A to the report (January 28, 2020) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place.

This report outlines the terms of a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") attached as Appendix "A" that has been executed by the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 2840 ("CUPE") and ratified by the Union on January 25, 2020 and pending Board of Governors of Exhibition Place approval, would be the basis of a renewed Collective Agreement with the Board to December 31, 2021.

The Chief Executive Officer recommends that: 1. The Board approve the Memorandum of Agreement with Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 2840 for a three year period commencing on January 1, 2019 and expiring on December 31, 2021, on the terms and conditions set out in the Memorandum of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this report.
