As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates bus service on The East Mall, City Council approval of this report is required. As per conditions of approval for the development at 2 Gibbs Road, traffic control signals are to be installed at the intersection of The East Mall and Gibbs Road, with all cost associated with the installation of the traffic control signals to be paid by the proponent. Transportation Services can support installation of traffic control signals at the intersection of The East Mall and Gibbs Road.
