Community Environment Days are held every year to help reduce the amount of reusable, recyclable or household hazardous waste going into landfill. These Environment Days are an integral part of the City's waste reduction strategy. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these Environment Days have been cancelled. As more people are working from home, and more accumulation of household waste taking place, it is vital we continue to keep consistent with the City's goals in supporting environmental initiatives.
