City Council rescind the community safety zone designation in effect at all times on Rockcliffe Boulevard, between Alliance Avenue and St. Clair Avenue West. 2. City Council designate a community safety zone to be in effect at all times on Rockcliffe Boulevard, between Alliance Avenue and Castleton Avenue/Corbett Avenue. 3.
