The applicant applied to the Committee of Adjustment (Application A0030/20SC, the "Application") to construct a new three-story single family residential dwelling. The Application requests variances with respect to lot coverage, building height, floor space index, permitted number of storeys and permitted area at or above the second storey. At its hearing on September 23, 2020, the Committee of Adjustment Scarborough Panel refused the Application. The Notice of Decision is attached.
