At its meeting on December 4, 5 and 13, 2018, City Council provided authority for the City to enter into an agreement with the Toronto District School Board for the redevelopment of the Davisville Junior Public School with additional grant funding from the City in the amount of $1.528 million, for a total commitment of $8.335 million. To date, $6.807 million has been transferred to the Toronto District School Board for the design and construction of an additional third floor and underground garage and the balance of $1.528 million is required to be disbursed by December 31, 2020.
