The North York Community Council: 1. Rescinded the existing standing prohibitions in effect at all times on the east side of Tippett Road, between a point 47.5 metres south of Wilson Avenue and a point 53 metres south of Wilson Avenue. 2. Authorized the installation of an on-street accessible parking space on the east side of Tippett Road, between a point 47.5 metres south of Wilson Avenue and a point 5.5 metres further south.

This staff report is about a matter for which Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of an accessible parking space on the east side of Tippett Road. The installation of the proposed accessible parking space will address the needs of a local resident.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. North York Community Council rescind the existing standing prohibitions in effect at all times on the east side of Tippett Road, between a point 47.5 metres south of Wilson Avenue and a point 53 metres south of Wilson Avenue. 2. North York Community Council authorize the installation of an on-street accessible parking space on the east side of Tippett Road, between a point 47.5 metres south of Wilson Avenue and a point 5.5 metres further south.
