A stopping prohibition on Kempford Boulevard in the vicinity of the school is also recommended. The proposed short-term parking areas will assist student pick-up/drop-off activity and will not adversely impact traffic operations on Kempford Boulevard or Lorraine Drive. The proposed stopping prohibition on Kempford Boulevard will address concerns with stopped/parked vehicles blocking the driveways in the vicinity of the school.
