The North York Community Council: 1. Prohibited parking from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Elder Street, between a point 9 metres north of Pannahill Road and a point 9 metres further north.

The purpose of this motion is to extend the No-parking prohibition, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Elder Street, between Pannahill Road and a point 9 metres north. The staff at Sage Care: Retirement Community (147 Elder St.), have requested that the previous prohibition be extended an extra 9 meters north, for a total of 18 meters. The goal of the extension is to facility safe and efficient garbage collection tasks in the area.

It is recommended that North York Community Council: 1. Prohibit parking from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Elder Street, between a point 9 metres north of Pannahill Road and a point 9 metres further north.
