Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) operates Car Park 195, a 71-space surface car park located at 15 Price Street in Toronto's Summerhill neighbourhood. Redevelopment of 25 Price Street by 21 Price Street Holdings Inc. (Developer), which is the property adjacent to Car Park 195, began in 2014. As part of the Site Plan approval granted by the City of Toronto for the redevelopment of 25 Price Street, 21 Price Street Holdings Inc.

is required to construct and maintain certain landscaping improvements on a portion of Car Park 195. This report seeks TPA Board of Directors authority for TPA to execute a licence agreement with 21 Price Street Holdings Inc. for the purpose of providing the Developer with access to TPA lands to construct and maintain the landscaping improvements. The licence agreement will be for a duration of 12 months consisting of a two month construction period and a subsequent 10 month use term where the landscaping improvements will be maintained by the Developer, at no cost to TPA.

The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority authorize (TPA) to enter into and execute a licence agreement with 21 Price Street Holdings Inc. for the purpose of constructing and maintaining landscaping improvements on a portion of Car Park 195 lands.
