The TO Live - Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Direct the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to work with the City's Financial Planning department, to establish new capital improvement projects at Meridian Hall and Meridian Arts Centre related to COVID-19, including those detailed in Attachment 1 to the report (August 24, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live and investigate methods of funding these projects.

2. Direct the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to apply for funding for the new capital improvement projects at Meridian Hall and Meridian Arts Centre related to COVID-19, as detailed in Attachment 1 to the report (August 24, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, through the Canada Cultural Spaces Fund. 3. Contingent on securing the funding outlined in recommendations 1 and/or 2, approve proceeding with the new capital improvement projects at Meridian Hall and Meridian Arts Centre related to COVID-19 as detailed in Attachment 1 to the report (August 24, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, and all related purchase orders and/or tender awards, as per TO Live financial policies 301, 303 and 313, not to exceed the funding secured. 4. Direct the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to report back to the Board of Directors of TO Live on any outcomes from the above recommendations. 5. Direct the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to research opportunities for economies of scale, and group purchasing options and report back to the TO Live - Audit Committee.
