The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from the 16th day to the last day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the east side of Caroline Avenue, between Queen Street East and Eastern Avenue. 2. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the next following year and from the first day to the 15th day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the west side of Caroline Avenue, between a point 36.6 metres south of Queen Street East and Eastern Avenue.

3. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., from the 16th day to the last day of each month from April 1 to November 30 inclusive, on the even (west) side of Caroline Avenue, from a point 36.6 metres south of Queen Street East to a point 38.1 metres north of Eastern Avenue. 4. The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect from the 16th day to the last day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the east side of Caroline Avenue, between Queen Street East and Eastern Avenue. 2. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the next following year and from the first day to the 15th day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the west side of Caroline Avenue, between a point 36.6 metres south of Queen Street East and Eastern Avenue.
