There are always many residents who come to Toronto and East York Community Council to make deputations and to follow items of interest. At times depending on the issues being considered there can be almost 100 residents at our Committee. Very often there are more residents attending Toronto and East York Community Counci than most standing committees. Resident engagement is a hallmark of Community Councils. City Council is set to consider new City Hall security measures for the public at the January meeting.
