My office has received complaints from residents about long term parking and low enforcement on Carr street, and these neighbours have submitted a petition to switch Carr to a 1 hour parking zone. Most streets in the neighbourhood have been designated as 1 hour parking for years, but Carr Street remains a 3-hour (unrestricted) zone. This amendment to authorize a maximum period of 1 hour will bring Carr Street in line
