Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the east side of Scarborough Road, between a point 219.5 metres north of Queen Street East and a point 16.8 metres further north. 2. Prohibited standing at all times on the east side of Scarborough Road, between a point 209.5 metres north of Queen Street East and a point 22.5 metres further north.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws. Transportation Services is recommending that standing be prohibited at all times on the east side of Scarborough Road, between a point 209.5 metres north of Queen Street East and a point 22.5 metres further north. This proposal will address concerns regarding parked vehicles obstructing sightlines for drivers exiting the condominium driveway at 75 Scarborough Road.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit standing at all times on the east side of Scarborough Road, between a point 209.5 metres north of Queen Street East and a point 22.5 metres further north.
