On the agenda
As the city filed it
Residents contacted my office when the Committee of Adjustment approved requested variances for 1779 St Clair Avenue West. They were concerned that the future issuance of parking permits to residents of these developments would negatively impact the already limited supply of parking spaces in the neighbourhood. The exclusion of the development located at 1779 St Clair Avenue West from the "3D" permit parking area is a means to ensure that permit holders continue to have sufficient parking space in the future.
