On the agenda

As the city filed it

Parents, teachers, and community members from Alexander Muir/ Gladstone Avenue Junior and Senior Public Schools contacted my office with safety concerns regarding the schools' pick-up and drop-off zone. This safety issue is a result of congestion on Gladstone Avenue and Waterloo Avenue, due to the high volume of cars, cyclists, pedestrians and students in this area. It was therefore suggested that the pick-up and drop-off zone on Waterloo Avenue be extended to create more safe space for parents to pick-up and drop-off children who attend the schools.
