Dear Chair and Members of the Toronto and East York Community Council, Four Oaks Gate is a residential street just north of O'Connor Drive near Don Mills Road. A high volume of commuter traffic uses O'Connor Drive to access the Don Valley Parkway via Don Mills Road every morning and many of these vehicles use Four Oaks Gate as a cut-through to bypass the traffic waiting to turn right at Don Mills Road onto the DVP. I
