City Council approved a signalized intersection at Woodbine Avenue and Dixon Avenue through a Members Motion adopted in 2018. Installation of traffic control signals at this intersection was not part of the Staff-recommended design for Woodbine Avenue. I am requesting to defer the previous approval for a signalized intersection, in light of additional design work now underway to improve the overall safety and functionality of Woodbine Avenue.
