City Council amend Schedule A of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate the streets listed in attachment A to the report August 20, 2020) from the Manager, Permits and Enforcement, Parking and Administration, an area name basis, within newly created areas, under the operating hours of 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7 days a week.

The implementation of overnight on-street permit parking is a means to accommodate residents long term parking needs without being subject to tagging by Parking Enforcement Officers.
