The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized all-way stop control at the intersection of St. John's Road and Willard Avenue (east intersection). 2. Subject to approval of and in conjunction with the installation of the all-way stop control at St. John's Road and Willard Avenue (east intersection), Toronto and East York Community Council authorized removal of the pedestrian crossover on St. John's Road immediately east of Willard Avenue.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws. Based on a recent study Transportation Services staff determined that an all-way stop control at the intersection of St John's Road and Willard Avenue (east intersection) is warranted. This installation will enhance safety for all road users, and especially for pedestrians and cyclists, at this intersection.
