At its meeting of July 7, 2021, the Audit Committee directed staff to report back on the status of outstanding recommendations from the Auditor General's reports that relate to Children's Services. This report responds to this request and presents an overview of actions that Children's Services has undertaken and will continue to take to fully implement all of the Auditor General's recommendations.
