The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission: TTC2-194 TTC2-243 TTC2-267 TTC2-345 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (September 23, 2021) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission.

The Civic Appointments Committee will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment.
Staff recommended
The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select six of the candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission.
