She has served on multiple boards and has Chaired both the Audit and Governance committee. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and obtained her MBA from the Schulich School of Business, where she specialized in Finance. She holds the ICD. D. designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors at Rotman.
