City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following: 1. City Council appoint John D. Elvidge to the position of City Clerk, for the City of Toronto for the purposes of section 137 of the City of Toronto Act, with such appointment to be effective April 9, 2021, subject to and following written acceptance by John D. Elvidge of the terms and conditions of a contract of employment offered by the City. 2. City Council authorize the City Manager to negotiate terms and conditions of employment with John D.
