City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (October 5, 2021) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Property Standards Committee.

Candidate's biography Afsana Gibson-Chowdhury Afsana is a Qualified Mediator and founder of Gibson Chowdhury - Clear Collaborative Mediation, a Toronto-based mediation boutique, specializing in renovation, neighbour, contract, civil and commercial disputes. She is a British lawyer and practiced as a civil litigator, before relocating to Canada in 2012. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, serving as CPD Liaison for the ADR section. She is Chair of the Diversity committee dealing with EDI issues affecting the ADR profession.
