City Council appoint the following two public members, one each to the North York and Scarborough panels of the Committee of Adjustment, for a term of office ending November 14, 2022, and until successors are appointed: Natasha Manning - North York Panel Igor Samardzic - Scarborough Panel 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 6 to the report (November 16, 2021) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

Candidates' biographies Natasha Manning Natasha Manning is a lawyer licensed with the Law Society of Ontario. She received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Science (SCocSC) with a Double Major in Public Administration and Criminology from the University of Ottawa. She has practiced Administrative Law for over seven years and currently specializes in Immigration Law at a Nonprofit Organization in Toronto. Throughout her career Natasha has appeared as a lawyer before numerous administrative tribunals. She has worked in the private sector, for the Federal Government, and for non-profit organizations. Throughout Natasha's legal career she has worked in some of Toronto's most underprivileged neighborhoods serving diverse and often vulnerable clients. Igor Samardzic Igor Samardzic has a Master of Science in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto. Igor holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto. He has over 10 years of experience in community organizing and advocacy work. He is a strong advocate for people with disabilities and believes that they are in integral part of community building. He believes all residents should have the opportunity to engage with the city and planning process.
