The purpose of this report is to formally remove a director from the Mount Pleasant Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) Board of Management following their resignation from the Board, in accordance with the requirements of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas. The Mount Pleasant Village BIA falls within two Community Council boundaries.
