The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Mount Pleasant Village and Uptown Yonge Business Improvement Area (BIA) Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirements of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas. The Mount Pleasant Village and Uptown Yonge BIAs fall within two Community Council boundaries.

City Council, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appoint the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at the pleasure of Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed: Mount Pleasant Village: Matthew Kutas Robert Prete Uptown Yonge: Stephen Lokash 2.
