City Council approve the Toronto Parking Authority Procedures By-law in Attachment 1 to the report (January 25, 2021) from the Interim City Clerk, amended by the Board as follows: Subsection 12. (5) (b) (9) is amended, with the words "Motion to resolve into Committee of the Whole" deleted and replaced with "Motion to meet in closed session".
