The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Directed staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the application located at 56, 58 and 60 Fieldway Road together with the Ward Councillor. 2. Directed that notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application located at 56, 58 and 60 Fieldway Road. The application proposes the development of one 10-storey mid-rise building and three towers of 22, 32 and 35 storeys with a total Gross Floor Area of 91,397 square metres and a Floor Space Index of 5.3 times the lot area. The application also proposes a 2,426 square metre public park, 641 vehicular parking spaces located in two levels of underground parking, and 922 bicycle parking spaces.
