Corporate Real Estate Management spent a total of $24.5 million on custodial services in 2019 for Corporate Real Estate Management -managed buildings, of which $16.1 million was spent on internal services to clean 4.9 million square feet, and $8.4 million on external services to clean 3.8 million square feet.
