City Council authorize the Chief Engineer and Executive Director, Engineering and Construction Services to negotiate and execute an extension of the Construction Coordination Agreement between the City and Toronto Hydro dated June 10, 2016, for a period of one year, on terms similar to those in the existing Construction Coordination Agreement, with such necessary minor updates that are agreed to by both the City and Toronto Hydro, and in a form that is acceptable to the City Solicitor.
