City Council amend its decision on Item 2020.NY20.30 by deleting Part 1 and adopting instead the following: City Council authorize the City Solicitor and appropriate City Staff to attend at the Toronto Local Appeal Body hearing to oppose Application A0572/19NY respecting 113 Ridley Boulevard.

The purpose of the proposed amendment is to clarify Council's instructions to the City Solicitor with respect to Application A0572/19NY respecting 113 Ridley Boulevard. The City Solicitor's office has been consulted and have no objections to the following recommendations. REQUIRES RE-OPENING: Item 2020.NY20.30 (December 16, 17, and 18, 2020) only as it pertains to Part 1 of City Council's decision.

Councillor Mike Colle, seconded by Councillor James Pasternak, recommends that: 1. City Council amend its decision on Item NY20.30 by deleting Part 1 and adopting instead the following: "City Council authorize the City Solicitor and appropriate City Staff to attend at the Toronto Local Appeal Body hearing to oppose Application A0572/19NY respecting 113 Ridley Boulevard."
