City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following: 1. City Council authorize and direct the City Solicitor, and any other appropriate City staff to attend the Toronto Local Appeal Body hearing in respect of 91 McCowan Road to oppose the variances in Committee of Adjustment Application A0134/20SC, minor variance application (A0135/20SC), consent application (BO29/20SC) and application AO136/20SC. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to retain outside consultants as necessary.
