In doing so, City Council authorized staff to defer payment of development charges for Regent Park Community Health Centre by way of a payment agreement. Staff identified that the Council decision did not provide sufficient authority to authorize the necessary agreement.

This Motion provides the terms and conditions to execute the necessary payment agreement. This Motion is urgent as without this deferral, Regent Park Community Health Centre would not be able to continue to operate life-saving services while the renovation is in progress.
