City Council on December 15, 16 and 17, 2021, adopted the following: 1. City Council direct the City Solicitor and appropriate City staff to amend the Subdivision Agreement registered on title to the lands identified as Block 3 and Block 6 on Plan 66M2496 at 980 Lansdowne Avenue to require the owner to convey to the City a road widening for the purpose of providing sufficient space to accommodate a left-turn lane from Brandon Avenue to Lansdowne Avenue.

2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor and any other City staff to take such actions or require any conditions as necessary to give effect to the conveyance in Part 1 above.
