City Council assume the services installed within Kenneth Wood Crescent and Munshaw Lane, together with a stormwater drainage system within a municipal service easement granted to the City, and that the City formally assume the road and public lane within Registered Plan of Subdivision 66M-2527. 2. City Council authorize the Director, Engineering Review, Engineering and Construction Services to release the performance guarantee held with respect to municipal services in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement.
