City Council on March 10, 2021, adopted the following: 1. City Council assume the services installed within Kenneth Wood Crescent and Munshaw Lane, together with a stormwater drainage system within a municipal service easement granted to the City, and that the City formally assume the road and public lane within Registered Plan of Subdivision 66M-2527. 2. City Council authorize the Director, Engineering Review, Engineering and Construction Services to release the performance guarantee held with respect to municipal services in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement.

City Council authorize and direct the City Solicitor to register the assumption By-law in the Land Registry Office at the expense of the owner. 5.
