As the city filed it

Following the April 20, 2021 North York Community Council meeting, I received correspondence from the property owner of 24 Swiftdale Place and their agent in relation to their Fence Exemption Application. They asked me to re-open this Item as they believe that they did not receive appropriate information from City Staff, about the specific chapter of the Fence Bylaw that their construction was non complaint with, before the April 20th North York Community Council Meeting.
