Authorized all-way stop control at the intersection of Fraserwood Avenue and Shermount Avenue. 3. Directed Transportation Services to investigate speeding and safety concerns on Fraserwood Avenue, between Englemount Avenue and the west end, to enhance safety for vulnerable road users, including pedestrians.

4. Directed Transportation Services to investigate the feasibility to install a sidewalk on Fraserwood Avenue, between Englemount Avenue and the west end. 5. Directed Transportation Services to undertake a traffic study to consider and recommend additional traffic calming and pedestrian safety measures in the area bounded by Lawrence Ave. to Glencairn Ave. and from Englemount Ave. to Shermount Ave. 6. Requested the General Manager Transportation Services to allocate, on an emergency basis, a crossing guard at Fraserwood and Englemount Avenue and Fraserwood Avenue and Shermount Avenue.

In light of recent most tragic event involving a 7 year-old child struck by a motor vehicle on Fraserwood Avenue, the community requests that action be taken and safety measures for all road users, especially pedestrians are put in place to better protect local neighbours and residents. My office has been in touch with Transportation Services' staff and asks on behalf of the residents along Fraserwood Avenue and its neighbouring
