Staff be directed to coordinate the review of this application with the Council-directed Midtown Zoning Review with respect to area-specific zoning directions on the block bounded by Mount Pleasant Road to the east, Broadway Avenue to the south, Redpath Avenue to the west and Erskine Avenue to the north, or for the Redpath Park Street Loop Character Area as a whole. 2. Staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the application located at 124 Broadway Avenue together with the Ward Councillor.
