As the city filed it

Significant changes to the Ontario Heritage Act, which came into force on 1 July 2021, were reviewed in a presentation by Mary MacDonald, Senior Manager, Heritage Planning, Urban Design, City Planning, at Meeting 26 of the Toronto Preservation Board held on September 1, 2021. Questions and discussion from Board members followed. As the presentation was quite extensive, it was determined that the Board required additional time to review the presentation, pose questions, and further discuss the changes.
