City Council on May 5 and 6, 2021, adopted the following: 1. City Council enact the Zoning By-law Amendments substantially in accordance with Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (March 30, 2021) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the Zoning By-law Amendments as may be required.

This report proposes technical amendments to Zoning By-law 569-2013 to correct typographical errors; add, remove or replace words; revise regulations in order to clarify or correct interpretations; and make adjustments to zoning and overlay map boundaries. A corresponding technical amendment is proposed to the former City of Scarborough West Hill Community By-law 10327 to correct a zone boundary by aligning it to the property.
